MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the CIMAS Foundation is to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit in youths and young adults to help them reach their highest potential in life and eventually give back to their communities. At CIMAS, we believe that when an individual finds their true purpose in life, they attain passion to become the best that they can be. With the right skills and equipment, any individual can reach their maximum potential and provide added value to their family, workplace, local community, and eventually the world.  Young professionals, regardless of race, gender or socioeconomic group, are the future of tomorrow, and we seek to support their development to become the leaders of the future.

OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

So far, the CIMAS Foundation has awarded over 250 scholarships since 2001 to students of local high schools and colleges including Community Colleges, California State Universities, and Universities of California. At our scholarship luncheons, of which our winners attend, we give presentations to the students regarding the changing times and how they can prepare for the job market of the future. Our scholarship winners come from different backgrounds and study a variety of subjects, anywhere from Biology, to Management, and even Culinary Arts. In 2001, we awarded 6 scholarships, and have since grown to award 34 scholarships in 2018, which has been our highest amount yet.

So far, our winners have been students that work with or are children of the parents that work with Pioneer Circuits. For 2019, we plan to expand our scholarship services beyond Pioneer Circuits to include the students of our local community.

Our vision is to reach out to students on a global level, helping them to reach their highest potential through our scholarships and growing network. We also hope that we have inspired this network to want to give back to their community and help the future generations to reach their maximum potential too.
